Holiday Storytime with Barbara Alpert

The Manatee County Central Library is pleased to announce a very special holiday storytime event. Author BARBARA ALPERT will be at the library, reading excerpts from her book “The True Meaning of Christmas: the Greatest Gift of All,” sharing the deeper meaning for this season of giving.

In addition, the Children's Librarians will be offering a variety of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa stories. The morning's activities will conclude with some coloring activities and light snacks for the kids.

Open to all, but targeted toward school age children, the program will be held in the Central Library’s Children's Room on Monday, December 21st starting at 11:00 a.m.

The program is FREE and seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
