Emma Bartges slammed 15 kills, and Molly Persson turned in a strong all-around match Thursday night to lead the host Southeast volleyball team to a 25-19, 23-25, 25-18, 25-22 victory over Bayshore in Class 5A-District 10 action.
Persson had 16 assists, four kills, nine digs and four aces for the Seminoles (5-4, 3-0). Marline Valcin added eight kills, and Emma Rissman had seven.
JV: The Seminoles earned a 25-23, 25-21 victory in the junior varsity match.
LAKEWOOD RANCH 3, RIVERVIEW 1 -- Kahlee York came up with 14 kills, and Nicole Grant had 13 kills as the visiting Mustangs claimed a 23-25, 25-22, 25-13, 25-23 non-district triumph.

Courtney Rapp pitched in with 35 assists, and Ande McDonald had 31 digs for Lakewood Ranch (4-2).
SAINT STEPHEN'S 3, IMAGINE SCHOOL OF NORTH PORT 0 -- The visiting Falcons improved to 3-2, 1-1 in Class 3A-District 10 play, with a 25-18, 25-3, 25-12 victory behind nine aces, seven kills and eight digs from Kassandra Woodruff.
Bryce Liebel contributed 24 assists and seven aces, and Sophie Bilik had nine kills and 10 digs for Saint Stephen's.
FORT MYERS EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN 3, OUT-OF-DOOR ACADEMY 0 -- The Thunder fell on the road. No other details were available.
DOUBLE DUAL AT G.T. BRAY -- The Out-of-Door Academy boys and girls swept Saint Stephen's and Bayshore in a double-dual meet at G.T. Bray park.
The Thunder defeated the Falcons 50-42 in the girls dual and 60-33 in the boys dual.
Joie Eckhard led the ODA girls against Saint Stephen's by winning the 200- and 500-yard freestyle and swimming on the winning 400 freestyle relay. Kate Patrice added victories in the 50 and 100 freestyles and swam on the winning 400 freestyle relay. Patrice set a school record in the 100 freestyle, touching in 57.88 seconds.
Returning state champion Ellie Berdusco led the Falcons by winning the 200 individual medley, 100 breaststroke and joining Lauri and Kristi Schleicher and Kristen Brockett on winning 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays.
The ODA boys got four victories apiece from Charles Hayes, Sarsen Whatmore and Laszlo Tengerdy. Whatmore set school records in the 200 freestyle (2:03.52) and 500 freestyle (5:34.13) events, and Hayes got the school record in the 100 freestyle (1:04.31).
The Thunder defeated Bayshore 59-35 in the girls event and 55-37 in the boys event.
Michelle Narvaez won three events for the Bruins girls. T.C. Smith recorded four victories for the Bayshore boys, and Chris Giles got three.
SARASOTA MILITARY ACADEMY 178, PALMETTO 196 -- The Eagles defeated the Tigers and Bruins, who forfeited, en route to their fifth win of the season at Manatee County Golf Course.
SMI (5-0) was led by Will Goddard's 41. Palmetto (2-4) got a 45 from Chase Bafia.
Bayshore did not record a team score. Its only participant, Logan Hone, finished with a 54.
SAINT STEPHEN'S 147, OUT-OF-DOOR ACADEMY 158 -- Jack Tianyi Cen and Ryan Kinbead led the way with 35s as the Falcons defeated the host Thunder on the Cypress Lakes course at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club.
David Gao added a 36 for Saint Stephen's (2-2). ODA (2-1) got a 38 from Jon Eichenbaum and a 30 from Evan Murphy.
VENICE 152, CARDINAL MOONEY 170 -- The Gondoliers defeated the winless Cougars at The Meadows Country Club.
Venice's (7-4) Ron Johnson led the way, shooting a 35. The Cougars (0-2) were led with a 38 by Kyle Jarrett.
PALMETTO DEFEATS BOOKER -- The Tigers shot a 202 and beat the short-handed Tornadoes at Terra Ceia, led by a strong effort from Palmetto's (3-1) Samantha Gaitanis, who shot a personal-best 43. Booker only fielded three golfers and forfeited the match.
