The Saint Stephen’s and Palmetto volleyball teams are very familiar with each other.
Many of the players have forged friendships from playing club ball together. But those friendships had to be set aside — if only momentarily — Wednesday night when they met on opposing sides of the net.
Sophomore Tori Biach had eight kills, four digs and four aces to help the visiting Falcons defeat the Tigers 25-21, 25-17, 18-25, 25-22.
The win improved Saint Stephen’s record to 5-7 this season.
Never miss a local story.
