Bernie Sanders is the spokesman for the emerging political revolution. You Republicans, still clinging to a sinking ideological ship, might as well go on to the next letter. But you independents and Democrats please read on.
Right now the Democrats and "others" combined are bigger than the Republicans. And the demographic predictions show this trend as the way of the future. So the political revolution is inevitable. It just remains to be seen how long it takes.
A Bernie Sanders' victory in November would leapfrog the cause. That is why this upcoming primary is so important.
There is a big major difference between the candidates. Hillary Clinton will continue the established "way of doing business." She is comfortable there and knows how to play that game. But she will not fight for real change and will not tackle the major issues that Bernie is committed to confronting.
What are those issues? Globally it is the Mother Earth that we have to be concerned about. We must look at the bigger picture and change our habits.
This will not happen without a strong central government with leadership made up of enlightened individuals who understand the severity of the situation. These leaders cannot be beholden to the special interests of a few at the expense of the many. The undue influence of money must be removed from our political process.
Only then will we be able to establish a real democracy. Only then can we begin to work toward economic, social, and climate justice. The longer it takes the American electorate to realize this, the closer the world is coming to the point of no return.
The American people hold the fate of the human race in their hands. The stakes don't get any bigger than this, folks.
