In regards to James Frazier's letter that the GOP is failing to help solve this nation's woes ... the last time I looked, these dastardly Democrats controlled the executive branch, all cabinet positions and the U.S. Senate!
Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is sitting on over 100 pieces of legislation passed by the House, almost half of which were bipartisan. Dreary Harry won't allow the Senate to vote on these bills because he and the president are personally opposed to them, and they are fully aware that a large number would pass.
One thing James is right about is that the system is broken; America needs a third political party.
The president now wants "just" $3.7 billion to solve the problem he himself created in 2012 when he granted unconditional amnesty to illegal immigrant youths.
The reason why the Republican won't support that is because the problem is the porous border to which none of that $3.7 billion is allocated and the fact that you cannot trust Obama.
These are not acts of polarization, they are acts in support of the majority of Americans who are fed up with dreary Harry and incompetent Barack.
While I'm at it, it would be nice if the president could take at least 10 percent of his open time to address the problems we face; in six years, 178 days of golf and an average of 80 days vacation a year, I won't even speak of the continuous money-raising events and the $3,500 per plate dinners assumable due to rich Republicans accepting invitations.
