One afternoon, some of us old guys were standing out in the yard discussing the state of the union, as us old working guys do.
My next door neighbor brought it our attention that our representatives seldom have to answer hard questions with straight answers. Always looking into it or moving forward on it, but real "yes" or "no" answers are few and far between.
So, to that we say we want you, Sen. Bill Nelson and Rep. Vern Buchanan, to answer these questions. We want real "yes" or "no" answers.
So here it is, four old men calling you out (remember, no tap dancing) and I bet we are not the only ones that want real "yes" or "no" answers.
1. Do you feel that it is a women's right to decide to have or not to have an abortion?
2. Do you think marijuana is a dangerous drug? 3. Do you support gay marriage?
We want you to answer these questions in this paper, in this column. If you do not have the courage to answer us, we feel that you lack the courage to represent us.
