My great grandfather often used the expression "making a mountain out of a mole hill."
The Bradenton Herald recently reported the hue and cry from two complainant letter writers of recent voting station changes proposed by our supervisor of elections, Mr. Mike Bennett.
Personally, I have voted in Manatee County for 27 years and have never heard or seen or experienced any attempt by our elections supervisor to cause the remotest problem for our county voters.
There is no reason for any complaint, from any quarter, to be issued by any group or person about our election process. Our system is second to none in all respects.
I would suggest that all those who are allegedly being adversely affected by polling place changes file for an absentee ballot as soon as possible. There really is no excuse about not being able to vote.
