I read with interest the Nov. 9 comments of Ed Siemaszko about GOP candidates and evolution. Other than a litany of criticisms about GOP candidates, there was no mention of how any of the comments relate to evolution and the GOP.
It would seem the writer is quite happy with a president who stated the U.S. is comprised 54 states, spent two years ignoring a tax code that allows companies to make billions in net profits and pay no tax, and then appoint the CEO of GE to a post of determining how to create U.S. jobs at a time when GE is closing another U.S. plant and moving it to China.
Perhaps an even better illustration of the capabilities of our president is the fact that while we continue to borrow from China, a country clearly able to loan to us, the U.S. continues to send foreign aid to China and administration spokespersons defend that as intelligent.
It does seem self evident that evolution hasn’t done much for Democrats either.
