Hurricane Center: Chances diminish that Tropical Storm Dorian will be reborn

As of 2 p.m. EDT Monday, the National Hurricane Center said that a trough of low pressure associated with remnants of Dorian, which last week developed in the mid-Atlantic Ocean before weakening, is producing an area of cloudiness and thunderstorms a couple hundred miles north of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
