No, not named after the character on Twilight, although she does have star quality. Her owner, Brandi Bomar, is an alumni of the team and student at USF who volunteers with the team. She brought the 13-week-old Silky Terrier, in full dance team regalia, to Friday night’s football game against Lakewood Ranch.
She performed her job magnificently, which was basically to be cute and elicit squeals of girlish delight from the team members who passed her around for hugs and admiration.

Finally, it got too cold for the pup and Brandi took a T-shirt and swaddled the little one, cradling her like a baby. Next game, look for more cuteness from the littlest dancer.
