Lawsuit seeks disclosure of private email accounts of Gov. Rick Scott, staff

A Tallahassee judge has ordered Google and Yahoo to respond to a limited request by lawyer Steven R. Andrews to explain who created several private email accounts held by Gov. Rick Scott and his staff.
