MANATEE -- Early voting for the presidential primary starts Saturday in Manatee County.
Early voting lasts through March 12. The primary date is March 15. In order to vote in the Florida primary, voters must have registered as either Democrat or Republican by Feb. 16.
Voters can also request a mail-in ballot be sent to their home. All requests for mail-in ballots must be received by 5 p.m. on March 9.
Voters can go to any of the early voting locations. There are five early voting locations in Manatee County:
Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Blvd.
Palmetto Library, 923 6th St. W.
Rocky Bluff Library, 6750 U.S. 301, Ellenton
Supervisor of Elections Office, 600 301 Blvd. W., Bradenton
West Manatee Fire and Rescue Administration, 6417 Third Ave. W., Bradenton
