n State Road 64 fromwest of Carlton Arms Boulevard to west of Interstate 75: An improvement project is under way. Crews continue drainage improvements and paving operations from east of Carlton Arms Boulevard 2.5 miles to west of Interstate 75. Crews are also placing curb pads and sidewalk throughout the project corridor. Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for construction workers in the construction zone. The speed limit will be reduced from 50 mph to 45 mph through the construction zone. Project completion is expected in August.
n Cortez Road at 51st, 30th, and 26th streets west: Daytime andnighttime intermittent lane closures may occur9 p.m. through 6:30a.m. for an improvement project consisting ofthe replacement of drainage pipes and miscellaneous paving activities. Motorists should expect delaysand be cautious of uneven pavement. The construction activities will take placeat one intersection at a time. The speed limit is reduced from 45 mph to35 mph in active work zones.
