While researching for this article, I discovered there are very few photographs in the Manatee County Central Library archives of Samoset.
Anyone with photos of early Samoset life, especially of buildings that no longer exist, is invited to e-mail them to me and I’ll try to get them archived.
Please include your name, a description of the scene, identity of the people in the photograph, if known, and your relationship with the people or place depicted.
My e-mail is cnudi@bradenton.com. You can reach me by telephone at 751-6339.
