MANATEE -- Three suspects were arrested after deputies say neighbors witnesses them break into an occupied mobile home, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
At 12:57 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 6700 block of 36th Avenue East in the Shadow Brook mobile home park in Palmetto, according to a news release.
Erick Neri and two juveniles were seen by a neighbor walking up behind a mobile home and working as a team they removed the screen and pried open the locked window to the homes's laundry room, the release stated. The neighbor took a picture of the crime in progress.
Neri and one of the juvenile acted as a look-outs while the other juvenile entered the laundry room of the mobile home. Moments later when the juvenile emerged, all three walked away, according to what the witness told deputies.
The residents were home at the time but were unaware the burglary was taking place.
When deputies arrived all the three suspects were found and arrested.
