BRADENTON -- A Bradenton man charged with the fatal shooting of a man after two armed home invasions nearby is set to stand trial beginning in late April.
Ronnie Bundrage Jr. was indicted and charged with the first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Juan Medina on Oct. 6, 2013. He is also charged with two counts of armed burglary of a dwelling.
Assistant State Attorney Art Brown and Assistant Public Defender Franklin Roberts said that with 25 depositions and a motion to suppress scheduled for next week, they think they are on track for trial set during the two-week trial period that begins April 27.
Bundrage is being held at the Manatee County jail without bond.
