Monday will bring another day of heat, humidity and late-day afternoon showers and storms, but the summer weather pattern could change Tuesday.
According to Bay News 9 meteorologist Josh Linker, a west-southwest wind may bring showers and storms in from the Gulf of Mexico earlier in the day.
"That could affect our morning commute for a couple of days," Linker said.
For today, though, the storms will again happen later in the day.
The Bay News 9 weather team puts the rain chance at 50 percent, with the inland areas most likely to get wet. The probability drops to 40 percent Tuesday, but goes up to 60 percent Wednesday.
