Bill’s wife, Julie, his in-laws, Jean and the Rev. Sterling Forrester, and Paul Forrester, came to hear 11-year-old William Galvano give a speech.
The Stewart fifth-grader’s “The Now Generation” won the 4th/5th-grade division of the 41st annual 4-H/Tropicana Public Speaking Program.

“He’s the new and improved version,” said Bill, who won it 33 years ago as a Palma Sola student.
