When Bayshore High plays at Braden River tonight, the Bruins will remember Jasmine Thompson.
The Golden Regiment will display a new banner in memory of the slain Bruins senior cheerleader. They will do so at every game and throughout marching season, according to band booster president Don Burrow.
The banner, donated by Auto Trim Design, will be signed by all band members and presented to Jasmine’s family at season’s end.

The second annual Volley for the Cure between the Manatee Hurricanes and Southeast Seminoles is Wednesday at Southeast’s Buzz Narbut Gymnasium, with JV volleyball at 6 p.m., varsity at 7 p.m.
Pink “Volley for the Cure” T-shirts are $7 each.
Wear them to the game and get in for $2 (adults) or $1 (students).
