BRADENTON -- Child Protective Services had to remove three children from a home Thursday after police found a juvenile with physical injuries, according to the Bradenton Police Department.
Police were called to an apartment in the 1400 block of 19th Avenue West in Bradenton at 8:46 p.m. on allegations of child abuse, according to a release. A juvenile of unspecified age at the residence had injuries that were consistent with physical abuse.
Police arrested the mother's live-in boyfriend on charges of child abuse and charges are pending for the mother, who is eight months pregnant, according to police. Neither was named in the report.
The victim and two siblings were removed from the home by protective services.
