BRADENTON — A Bradenton man was arrested after he walked out of his house at 3:58 a.m. Sunday brandishing a loaded semi-automatic handgun, according to Bradenton police.
Police arrived at a home in the 1700 block of Fourth Avenue East in Bradenton in response to a report of a disturbance, according to a police report.
Upon their arrival police reported hearing loud music coming from the garage area in the backyard of the residence. A male resident who came out of the garage with a loaded semi-automatic handgun in his hand, which police say he pointed in their direction.
Despite the suspect being highly intoxicated, police officers reported they were able to take control of the gun after several commands.

The suspect has a concealed weapons permit from Washington state — not Florida. He was charged with improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon.
