MANATEE -- A police dog helped nab two burglary suspects in Bradenton early Monday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
About 3:20 a.m., a witness reported to 911 that two men were inside a vehicle parked at the Champions Walk apartments, 4232 53rd Ave. W., Bradenton, according to a report.
Deputies responded and the suspects, later identified as Ethan E. Caton and Nicholas M. Erwin, both 21, ran away, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies found the suspects, one of whom was bitten by the police dog before he was arrested, according to the report.

Caton and Erwin were each charged with burglary and resisting arrest. They were being held at the Manatee County jail on bonds totaling $2,000 each.
