MANATEE -- Two men were arrested late Sunday after they were caught with scrap metal stolen from a Bradenton business where one of the suspects works, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
Witnesses saw Paul White, 46, and Eric Hensley, 37, take about $200 in scrap aluminum from Alumatech, 6063 17th St. E. They had entered the business with a key that White, who works at Alumatech, had, according to a news release.
A deputy stopped the pair near the business and arrested White and Hensley, according to the report.
The burglary happened about 9:20 p.m., according to the sheriff's office.
White and Hensley, who each face burglary and larcney charges, were each being held at the Manatee County jail on bonds totaling $7,620.
