MANATEE -- Deputies were investigating a home invasion robbery in Bradenton late Monday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
About 11:32 p.m., a man was standing outside his residence in the 4000 Eighth Street Court East when he was approached by a man who pointed a gun at him, according to a news release. The gunman ordered the man to hand over his money, which he did.
The gunman then ordered the resident to let him inside the house. Once inside, the gunman went to a bedroom where two other residents were watching television. He then ordered all three residents to lie on the floor, according to the report.
The gunman took a bracelet, according to the sheriff's office.

During the robbery, the first resident was able to jump out a window and call 911. He suffered a minor cut to his left arm, according to the sheriff's office.
