MANATEE - A woman suffered smoke inhalation during a fire at a Manatee mobile home early Monday morning, according to Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue.
About 12:14 a.m., fire units responded to a fire at the Wayside Glenn Mobile Home Park, in the 5100 block of 14th Street West.
A total of three fire units and an EMS ambulance responded.
Fire units found heavy fire venting from the rear of the home on arrival. The blaze was brought under control in 13 minutes, according to a enws release.
Damage was estimated at $10,000, but firefighters were able to rescue three cats from the structure.
The cause of the fire was undetermined.
