Shane Samuels, 25, and Jennifer Feddema, 25, were arrested Tuesday and charged with child neglect and abuse after an investigation revealed a 4-year-old boy in their care had severe injuries as a result of abuse, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
