There is much print and talk about "medical marijuana." I am opposed to the legalization of it. Here's why:
It may help a small number of people. Then along comes unscrupulous doctors who will write prescriptions for a fee (I do not indict all doctors, but look at the results of the "pill mills").
The whole thing balloons until it is an epidemic. Then it becomes a matter of making money, whether it is good for sick people or if it is legalizing indiscriminate use of a mind-altering substance.
The future of our country depends on people with clear heads, not those who have their mind altered and their brain fried from use of this substance.
