ST. PETERSBURG -- After a weekend that gave parts of the Bay area a brief break from the wet weather, more scattered showers are returning today.
According to Bay News 9 meteorologist Juli Marquez, rain chances are 50 percent Monday. Conditions will be partly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
"The storms will be back today," Marquez said. "And some may be heavy at times. We have moisture coming in during the next few days and that will increase our rain chances."
High temperatures Monday will be around 90 degrees.
And rain chances will remain high for the next few days - spiking to 60 percent Tuesday before slipping slightly Wednesday.
