MANATEE -- Thursday in Bradenton will be cold, wet and just plain dreary.
The National Weather Service says there is a 100 percent chance of rain. And with a forecast high of only 58 and north-northeasterly winds of 7 to 11 mph, it could be miserable. One to two inches of rain are possible.
Thursday night, it should cool off to 53, with a chance of rain at 50 percent.
The weekend should be much brighter.
Friday will be mostly cloud, albeit with a high of 73.
There's a chance of rain Saturday, but Super Bowl Sunday should be super, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 80.
