MANATEE -- Morning fog and clouds were expected to give way to a sunny Thursday in Bradenton.
The National Weather Service said patchy fog should dissipate by 9 a.m. Otherwise, skies will gradually become mostly sunny, with a high near 80 and northeasterly winds of 5 to 10 mph becoming northwesterly in the afternoon.
Thursday night, patchy fog was expected after midnight. Skies were expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 58 and northeasterly winds of 7 to 9 mph.
