Records reveal misuse of database by State Attorney's Office employees

Two secretaries improperly searched the driving history of John Torraco, Democrat candidate for 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney. Officials say Torraco's opponent, Republican Ed Brodsky, was not involved.
