Elizabeth Anzellini is a native of Barranquilla, Colombia, and has a background in hotel management. She has participated with her husband in real estate operations in Italy, Spain, South America, the Caribbean and the United States, including some of the best resorts in the Smoky Mountains. Her love of Italian cooking was developed when she spent five years in Lake Como, Italy. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
