Gov. Scott ready to spend $213M on Orlando airport hub

Gov. Rick Scott proposed spending more than $213 million for a transportation hub Monday, including a rail line at Orlando International Airport. The governor said at a news conference the project, called the South Airport People Mover Complex, would create 1,900 construction jobs and 380 permanent jobs at the new facility.
