MANATEE COUNTY -- Suncoast Community Capital, a nonprofit organization serving Manatee and Sarasota counties, is offering a free six-week Small Business Development Program starting in February.

Orientation will be held at 6 p.m. on Feb. 13. Classes will meet on Thursdays, Feb. 20 and 27, March 6, 13, 20 and 27.
Funded in part by the Manatee County Community Development Block Grant program, this session is the second in a series sessions to be offered in Manatee County. Orientation and classes are held at the Manatee Office Center, 302 Manatee Avenue E., Bradenton, in Suites 307 & 308.
Session titles include: Planning your business; Marketing your business; Financials; and Operating your business.
The instructors also offer one-on-one counseling sessions to the students.

Two business leases finalized in Bradenton
BRADENTON -- RND Automation & Engineering LLC has leased 11,500-square-feet of new office/warehouse industrial space at 25th Court East in Bradenton for their new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. Bruce Dilges with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
EvoPro Solutions Inc. and iSystems, LLC have leased 1,825 square feet of office space on the ninth floor of the Bradenton Financial Center located at 1401 Manatee Ave. W. in Bradenton. Angela Varga and Debra Cooper with the downtown Bradenton office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
Joey D's Across America LLC leased 1,680 square feet of office and warehouse space at 1743 Independence Blvd., Suite D-7, Sarasota from Merkburn Developments Inc. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button, Inc. and Cindy Jean of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.
Dan Corbosiero leased 1,750-square-feet of warehouse space at 3230 E. 59th Drive, Unit 105, Bradenton from 33rd Street Condos LLC. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button Inc. handled the transaction.
1891 Apex Holdings LLC purchased 5,250 square feet of warehouse space at 1891 Apex Road, Sarasota from Butler LLC for $355,000. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button Inc. handled the transaction.
