LAKEWOOD RANCH -- Neal Communities is celebrating building 9,000 homes over its 40-year history in Southwest Florida by sending out thousands of tree seedlings to homeowners, business partners and friends.
Never miss a local story.
"The milestones are coming more frequently, as we celebrate not only this 9,000th home, but also a record-breaking sales year so far," Pat Neal, president and CEO of Neal Communities, said in a press release.
Neal has marked record-breaking sales every month in 2013, recently surpassing 2011's yearly sales total in June 2013.
"I am so thankful to our amazing team, our homeowners, and to our friends for helping us reach this momentous accomplishment," Neal said.
"We hope people will share in our celebration of planting strong communities in Florida by planting these trees."
