Downtown Development Authority sets aside another $145,000 for Bradenton Riverwalk

BRADENTON -- The Bradentown Downtown Development Authority on Tuesday set aside another $145,000 for the new Riverwalk: $75,000 for security at the 1.5-mile waterfront park; $35,000 in seed money for the first-ever Bradenton Blues Festival; and $35,000 for undetermined costs of a three-month grand opening effort at the end of 2012.
