MANATEE — At least two guns and other electronics were stolen during a rash of vehicle burglaries in Manatee overnight, according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report.
At least seven vehicles were broken into in the Center Lakes and Crescent Lakes developments off Prospect Road, the sheriff’s report said. All of the vehicles showed signs of forced entry.
Deputies believe the burglaries occurred between midnight and 6 a.m. this morning, with two handguns, a GPS system, stereos, a digital camera and laptop computer among items reported stolen.
