MANATEE -- A 59-year-old Bradenton motorcyclist was critically injured about 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. 41 and 60th Avenue West, the Florida Highway Patrol reported today.
The man was injured when another driver turned left into his path, and the motorcycle collided with the right rear of the vehicle.
The motorcyclist was thrown to the pavement. He is being treated at Bayfront Medical Center.
Charges are pending, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
