Ariel, a 3 month-old kitten at the Humane Society of Manatee County, first lost her hind feet due to birth complications.
She then had both hind legs amputated after a serious infection developed.
Ariel is now recuperating with the help of the Humane Society, which hopes to find a suitable family to adopt her.
