My compliments to our Manatee County Sheriff Brad Steube for his messages to our local gangs about street life and prison life.

These are run during Monday night NFL football games. I am sure gang members are watching the game.

This is a brilliant idea that ought to catch on across the country.

Cost of health care reform will explode in a decade

If this passes, requiring insurance companies to insure people with pre-existing conditions, then we will cancel my wife’s current policy and wait until, when and if, she gets ill and then we will buy a policy!

I am on Medicare my- self and am sure to have benefits cut as it is impossible to cut $500 billion from a program that is going broke itself!

Millions of people who are buying their own insurance at this time will cancel their policies also.

What do we care if we pay a fine of $200 or even $1,000 a year for not having insurance? We won’t pay the yearly premiums amounting to thousands of dollars!

The Democrats are setting up this program to fail ... so that government has to take over the health care plan completely.

We need to reform health care but the idiots in charge will wreck the entire system we currently have just to prove their point.

Maybe the president will then get another unearned Nobel prize.

The White House and Democrats talk about “the plan paying for itself in a 10-year period” so Obama can sign it.

They all know in a nano second that in that 10-year period of time is when the true cost will explode and go through the roof! But they don’t talk about that, do they?
