McCain seeks presidential pardon for late boxing champ

Sen. John McCain and Rep. Peter King are calling for Obama to pardon postumously heavyweight boxing champion Jack Johnson, who became the first African-American to win the title a century before Obama took office. Johnson's 1908-1915 reign angered many whites, and he was convicted in 1913 under the Mann Act of having a consensual relationship with a white woman across state lines.
