Prosecutors allege police role in deadly Egypt soccer riot

Last weekend more than 60 people died in riots triggered when a judge sentenced 21 people to death for their roles in a Feb. 1, 2012, stampede after a soccer game that left 74 dead. On Friday, thousands turned out for protests around the country to mark the anniversary of the tragedy. Few details of that day’s events are known. If people knew what prosecutors think took place, they might be even angrier.
