Legal battle still hangs over Armenian Genocide museum

An Armenian Genocide Museum and Memorial may someday arise from the ashes of an excruciating legal fight that's estranged one-time allies and shows no sign of abating. But for now the unrealized potential lingers, like a ghost, inside a glorious wreck of a building near the White House.
