‚Minority Export Training Program: A no-cost-to-participants initiative of the U.S. Department of Agriculture that trains firms to export their agricultural products. Contact: Steve Colyer, director, 305-237-7490.

Center for Service Excellence: Working closely with business and training partners, chambers of commerce and economic development organizations, the center provides consultation, needs assessment and develops customized customer service training programs for corporate clients as well as for public courses. In addition to the entrepreneurship certificate program and dozens of other business degree programs, Broward College also offers entrepreneurs a number of nondegree courses at modest costs through its continuing education program. Some courses include:
