What do you like most about your job? The pace of it. The company analyzes and verifies commercial and investment real estate. Presently, we’re moving in a very, very fast pace. We do not see a lot of sales or leases yet but there is a lot of activity. People know that the market is moving in the right direction and it has bottomed out.
If you could choose another profession, what would it be? I would like to get back into journalism. I started out as a TV reporter. I would like to return to one of the media businesses: journalism, public relations, advertising, or something like that. I also like to cook and could become a chef, but they have miserable hours.
What do you look forward to doing in winter? My favorite avocation is fishing. The fall fishing is pretty good here.
If you could travel the world, where would you start? The western USA. I am kind of a history freak and would like to visit historical sites and monuments.
