SARASOTA — Downtown Sarasota welcomed a new restaurant to Main Street.
MoZaic, which has cuisine with Moroccan and French influence, opened at 1377 Main St.
The two-story restaurant will open for dinner hours, with entrees such as seven vegetable couscous, grilled lamb rack and Chilean sea bass.
Entree prices range from $18 to $32. Dinner hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with dessert served until 11 p.m.

SARASOTA — Digital Image Business Solutions is now offering managed Web site design and development services.
The Web-based services of the marketing communications and printing company will include the software platform, copy writing, search engine optimization and Web hosting.
Digital Image plans to launch a new Web site this month, dibsfl.com, which will feature an educational section on design, marketing and printing tips and techniques.

Economic forecast breakfast
BRADENTON — The Manatee Economic Development Council will host a breakfast meeting Jan. 21 to discuss the economic forecast for 2009.
One of Florida’s premier economists, Henry H. Fishkind, will be the keynote speaker for the event that runs from 7:30-9:15 a.m.
The event cost $40 each for EDC investors, and $50 for all others. A table of eight for EDC Investors is $400, and $500 for all others. Open balcony seating is available at $30 for those who want to attend the presentation only.
The event will be held at the Bradenton Auditorium, 1005 Barcarrota Blvd.
