This family-owned business treats its customers like family-with respect, and caring, personalized attention.

Jenkins Hyundai has been one of the top car dealerships in the area since opening their 1st Street showroom in 2001. Jenkins’ success? A combination of the excellence of Hyundai and the family of customers, employees and management.

“I’m a family man-and I believe in treating employees and customers as family,” says Bill Appleby, General Manager of Jenkins Hyundai. “That set of values is what attracted me to Jenkins Hyundai.”

No wonder Jenkins Hyundai is #1 in the district for customer satisfaction. This family-owned business treats its customers like family-with respect, and caring, personalized attention. “The customer is our main focus,” Bill adds.

Don Jenkins and his excellent staff have always made customers feel at home. They also work hard to help their customers cut costs, including new pared-down prices for service, and free oil changes for the first year for new car buyers. They’ve also added a new state-of-the-art customer lounge with leather chairs, computers and big-screen TV to help their customers have an enjoyable car-buying experience.

Hyundai, one of the most popular cars on the road today, is experiencing steady growth even through the recession, receiving many accolades worldwide for safety and consistency in quality. Hyundai’s good looks, safety features, fuel-efficiency and superb warranty have kept its popularity growing steadily, and the value of this fine line of automobiles is at an all-time high.

“You can spend more money to buy a car of comparable quality to Hyundai,” Bill says, “-or you can buy a Hyundai!”

Bill joined Jenkins in 2007 and was named General Manager last December. He’s looking forward to his wife and four children moving here soon from Florida’s East Coast, and the whole family is eager to join in local activities. “I want to help the community as much as I can-and plan to carry on the Jenkins tradition of sponsoring local teams.”

The dedicated Jenkins team also includes Beth McNett, Comptroller; Dan White, Service and Parts Manager; Chris Moore and Wade Miracle, New Car Sales Managers; and Mark Weitz, Used Car Director.

Jenkins Hyundai is an accredited member of the West Florida Better Business Bureau.
