Brown Heating & Cooling, Inc. is showing record profits again this year, and owner Dale Maxwell attributes the company’s success to a variety of reasons:

We sponsor G.T. Bray Women’s Softball, Ellenton Ice & Sports Complex, Manatee County F.O.P. Lodge 70 (Say No to Drugs), Feline Folks of Sun City, and much more.

We are one of only three Maytag Select Dealers in the area for air conditioning and heating units with the best warranty in the business (12 year parts warranty). We’re proud to offer the reliability and top-quality of our own exclusive mobile home package unit called Maximum Air, which carries a 10 year parts warranty.

Brown Heating & Cooling also offers services like dryer vent cleaning, duct cleaning and replacement, attic insulating, indoor air quality testing, mold remediation, and installation of UV lights, which improve air quality by keeping the coil clean and preventing mold from forming. I installed them in my home and they’ve really helped my wife Diane who has allergies.

Diane works in the business too and when we have a chance the family likes to go to Disney. Our daughter Danielle has performed with the Manatee Players, recently portrayed Taylor in High School Musical II, and has performed for American Idol in Hollywood Studios. We’re so proud of her!
