What: SMR Cup
Where: At the Sarasota Polo Club, Lakewood Ranch
When: The public is invited:
n To watch roping/team penning from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday in the arena, no charge.
n SMR Cup polo match between cowboys and polo players on field 3, 4, and 5 at 9 a.m Sunday, no charge.
n Northern Trust Cup polo match. Gates open at 11 a.m. Sunday and play begins at 1 p.m. The SMR Cup Horse Race is set for 1:45 p.m. at halftime. General admission $10 a person, with children younger than 12 free. Tickets available at gate.
