Man fatally stabbed during argument with brother

The Associated PressJuly 14, 2014

— Police say a 20-year-old man fatally stabbed his older brother during a fight at the Largo home they shared.

Largo police say they were called to the home Monday morning after the two men began arguing.

According to police, Matthew Cisco and his brother, 26-year-old Christopher Cisco, were involved in an argument that turned physical. The two men wrestled on a loveseat in the living room. Matthew Cisco is accused of grabbing a pair of scissors from a nearby coffee table and stabbing his brother in the chest.

Christopher Cisco died from his wounds. Matthew Cisco is charged with second-degree murder. He was being processed at the Pinellas County Jail and it's unclear whether he's retained an attorney.

Police say neither brother had a previous criminal history.
